This is a WEBGIS Tool for parcel-based land information modelling, management, operation, monitoring and sharing. It provides access to spatial digital land cadastral in both 2D and 3D landscapes for decision making.
The Tool is integrated in Kenya WEBGIS Mapping platforms that support both 2D & 3D spatial rendering, visualization and analytics.
The tool is a product of four entities comprising of Land surveying [Topographic & Cadastral Surveys], Desktop Parcel Mapping [CAD & Parcel Fabric] and Online Parcel Management [Parcel Drafter] Solutions.

Go to Kenya WEBGIS QueryAI. Explore the 'Layers pane', 'the attribute table', the 'map canvas'. On the layers pane seacrh for the layer 'LandWEB Cadaster'
Select 'LandWEB Cadaster' layer in the layer Pane & Click the 'options'. Scroll down the 'options' window and click 'View in Attribute Table' as marked 1, 2 and 3 respectively.
When the Attribute table opens as marked [1], Click the button 'Filter by Extent' as marked [2], and then Double Click any box on the column marked by circle 3.
Use the Attribute table to explore the map and the land parcels. The Parcels are geo-enabled. Click any to view details on a Pop WONDOW

Use The Kenya WEBGIS Advanced platform to explore the layers pane, attribute table and 3D tool. Select the "layer LandWEB Cadaster".
Analyze the Landscape using the Elevation Profile tool to Find out the flat and steep and the direction of slope.
Use the 3D tool to visualize the area in 3D to find out the general nature of the Landscape.
Generate insight on demographic trends for investment and development assessment.
